Guide to flipping houses & more in Florida

Is there someone in the treasure coast area in Florida that can take me under their wing and guide me in the right direction of how to flip houses for profit without rehab. I been reading and attending seminars but want the hands on training. I'm willing to help anyway I can in order to return the favor. I'm also looking into getting my real estate license I was told I don't need it if I'm just flipping houses but I want as much knowledge as I can get!.
