hello All. I am currently going through a Wholesaling course and was wondering where the Low-priced market is here in the Dallas Metro area? I got a little bit of an Idea from a Realtor, but wanted to hear from a local investor who is currently doing this Now.

I have an Odd Question: Why is wholesaling hard? What is the hardest thing about Wholesaling?
