Hello. I am looking for a Real Estate Attorney in Dallas.
Any recommendations anyone?
I've tried online searching already. Thanks.

Thanks Brian and Edward.
Maybe it is the Lease/Option thing I am getting mixed up with.
Brian, Yes, I'd be interested in getting the Attorney's information you mentioned.
Thanks again.

Does anyone know the laws or restrictions of taking over properties "subject to" here in Texas? I know some laws have changed in RE these past few years. Also, what contract/s are used in Texas when getting a property Deeded to you from owner. Thanks.

Thanks for the Quick Reply Ali.
What is CC, and how can I find Tax Value in Dallas county? thanks

Hello All. Does anyone know where I can get Comps pulled for certain Wholesaling houses I'd be willing to flip in Dallas, TX? Any free, cheap websites, etc.
I've heard Realtors could do it, but I plan to be doing a lot and would hate to have to keep asking them for Comps on so many houses. Any Good Information would be great. Thanks.

Thanks for the answers and motivation. I have to agree, that the two things that hinder me most is:
1) the Mental Barriers as Delondo mentioned (fear)
2) Fear of not Finding Investors who can close quickly or at all.

I know we just (my husband and I ) have to just get out there and do something.
I am at the step right now of just trying to find Good Prospects for deals. but I can tell I am hesitating (because of mental barriers).

Another question: Do any of you wholesalers give a binder deposit to your sellers when signing a contract?

thanks again.

hello All. I am currently going through a Wholesaling course and was wondering where the Low-priced market is here in the Dallas Metro area? I got a little bit of an Idea from a Realtor, but wanted to hear from a local investor who is currently doing this Now.
Thanks.
I have an Odd Question: Why is wholesaling hard? What is the hardest thing about Wholesaling?

Hello All. I am new here to BP.com and to the RE business of Wholesaling. I would like to search this forum for information on Contracts needed for Wholesaling here in Dallas, TX before I go asking questions. also, if someone knows where I could find it here that would help me. But since I am here now, I'll go ahead and ask one question.
Pertaining to Wholesaling houses: Does the state of Texas allow Assignment of Contract to flip a house. Or do I have to use a Standard Purchase and Sales Agreement? Thanks.
