Finding the right real estate agency

Hi, I live in the Chicagoland area and I'm looking into buying my first rental property, which I'm planning on house hacking. There are so many real estate companies I'm not sure who to go with or where to start. I would like to work with an agent who is also an investor. Any suggestions?
