Okay, I am interested in purchasing property in surrounding Fayetteville NC or Charleston County SC ( including Summerville , Goose Creek . N Charleston ).  I really desire to purchase and sell the first property , understanding the current climate , I refuse to be discouraged .

So any and all advice are welcome, and I thank you in advance!!
