Looking for investment advice around Bay area

Hello BP,

I live in Bay Area and we are just getting started into REI. We are thinking of buying single/MF properties outside Bay area. We are in the process of finding a real estate agent with good track record of investing. What would you suggest for areas around Bay area to invest in? Right now we are thinking of Sacramento.
