Stepping into real estate investment

Hello everyone! I am looking to start my journey as a real estate investor this year! I am really new to all of this so any information or wisdom would be awesome. I will be taking my real estate class to get a license to be more educated on some things. I will be looking to flip houses and also own some rental properties.
