Hello bp world. I am a 27 year old male looking to get started in real estate.i am located in baltimore. Im been researching real estate for a while and think the best strategy for me to use would be the BRRRRR. I have very little debt and also an emergency fund that i want to grow a little more. i plan on buying a duplex with in the next year or two. im looking for someone who needs a helper and is willing to teach. I do know how to use some tools but can definitely learn alot
