Houston wholesaling for beginners

I am a beginner who wants to start out wholesaling in Houston but I don't know where to start. I've read lots of books and watched lots of videos I just still don't know how to start. They tell you all this information but don't tell you how to begin. If anyone has some advice or can help me out I would appreciate it!
