Hey there BP friends my name is Ronald and I was looking to start doing real estate in Maryland and I've seen all the videos on wholesaling. How do I go about trying to setup my first deal? I've found some properties with motivated sellers but how should I go about setting things up? I NEED YOUR HELP PLEAASEEE??? Thanks
