Your question is a little unclear. If you mean a list you bought that is to commercial businesses, it really doesn't matter. If you mean you bought a commercial list of single family homes to mail to, use the colorful 1st class "forever" stamps. People tend to ignore "bulk rate" postage. When was the last time you opened a letter with bulk postage that wasn't a bill? I don't know what "standard stamps" means, but you get the idea.
