New Baltimore Wholesaler

Hey everybody!

Im not new to BP. Ive been interested in wholesaling a year now but never made my first deal. I started in business with my (God)brother in february of last year. Had a few leads and attended some REIA seminars. Rubbed shoulders. Tragically, He was killed weeks after we started business together. I lost the will to continue for the rest of the year until I got over it.

Now I see that I still have to keep pushing. I still have a passion for practicing wholesaling and im more than willing to jump in head first. Ive been doing my scouting and contacting possible leads this week but Im still obviously inexperienced. Ive been looking for a mentor or even a team of wholesalers to join and learn from. I still have a buyers list from last year but getting back in the game is proving a whole new challenge now.

Any pointers, tips or partnerships would be greatly welcome. I look forward to interacting with any of you in the Baltimore Market!
