Looking to pick up a condo, soon, in Greenwood, SC. Plan to use it personally in the short term, convert to rental long term.  Hoping to locate a good property management firm as well as condo-experienced building inspector. Would also welcome any tips, warnings or suggestions from someone with local experience.
