Planning to start an adult family home in Vancouver, Wa

Hi,

I am currently running an adult residential care home (a.k.a. Adult Family Home) in Oahu, Hawaii, and thinking about starting out an Adult Family Home in Vancouver, Wa.  I'm just wondering if there is a market for this in this area. I noticed there are a lot of Senior Living Facilities.  What area/location in Vancouver should I target?  I've been in this type of business for 10 years now, and I just want to start one out of Hawaii. Thank you
