Hope all is well, I am new to real estate Investing my partner and myself run a painting service company residential/commercial in the Atlanta metro area. Looking to connect with like minded individuals working in the georgia real estate market and see how we can connect and add value to each other. Thank you looking forward to you all responses. We are currently working and nearing the end of our first flip. Once the house sells we would like to transition into the next deal. Until we increase our amount of capital we would have to use a Hard money lender . My question to you all is there a specific company that you would recommend and what things should I be aware as a new investor. Still working my way around on how to properly analyze a deal , things to look for etc , etc. Any feedback and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
