Snow Hill MD Trying to sell land

Hello I am new to Biggerpockets and real estate investing. I am currently working on my first land deal in Snow Hill MD. I have a 12 acre property that I am trying to sell for $100,000.00/acre. Does anyone have any idea if waterfront land in Snowhill MD is worth that much?
