Hello everyone,

I will be moving to Naples/Bonita Springs by the end of March 2018. I am seeking an owner occupied duplex, triplex, 4plex in that area. My budget is $275k, preferably less, and distressed properties would be ideal. Do you guys have a realtor in the area that you recommend who specializes in multi-family properties? Any help would be great, thank you.
