real estate investing guidance

I am looking for guidance in investing. I purchased my first property and in the process of renovating it to sell it. I want to take my profits and reinvest in into more properties. I would like to buy another property to buy and flip and also buy a multi family to rent. I am wondering what is the best step to take next. I don't want to over leverage my self with fianacing under my own name. I have just created an llc and wodering how I should go about investing with it.
