How to best estimate the rent price on a neighborhood?
I havent had any experience in investing on real estate and i have read some on the book on rental property investing and I really love the rule of thumbs which are the 2% test and the 50% rule. My problem is i dont really know what to put on the income/rent. Ive been looking in lamudi on rental prices on the area but its varied and i dont know what to think of it. Might be a very stupid question but i really dont know what to do. Im also looking for houses on https://www.foreclosurephilippines.com and i think the prices are quite good. Im from the philippines btw. Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Jeff
