So, for the past couple of years i've really been interested in the real estate game but never gathered up enough courgage to jump into it until now. I just wanted to get different oppinions from you guys on this forum as to what you guys think is peoples biggest problems when selling their homes on their own, are there any tactics that you guys use to make them sell faster and for more money? What are the top 10 major things every person should do while in the process of selling their homes?
