Iim 25 year old and just moved from Chicago to las vegas (originally from Israel) and I want to start flipping houses in here and do it full time job!

somebody know the market here and can give me some good advices ?

I have never flipped before.

I do own 2 properties in Memphis TN and both of them are paid off already.

I am reading about flipping as much as I can and trying to know as much as it out there .

as I said,

I never flipped before and I would love to start.

how many deals a good investor can make a year?

how long is it takes to get there?

any general tips?

let me know what do you guys think .

sorry for English mistakes.
