Please Give opionions on this property!

I am currently considering purchasing a home to flip that is going for $260,000 and would need to have about $50,000 in repair done (that is the higher estimate). after looking at other similar homes that have recently sold I see that they sell between 310000 and 330000 though they mostly consists of all carpet throughout and and equipment that is a few years old. this would be my first property investment and I wanted to check with the BiggerPockets Community to see if it would be worthwhile. All advise is appreciated!
