Value of a Masters in Real Estate Development
I'm wondering if anyone has first-hand experience with Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) programs and could speak to their value.
A bit about me: I am 27 years old and own two rentals (single family) in Atlanta. I currently work full time in another field, but my long-term goal is to create my own business doing buy-and-hold, construction / renovation, and land development. I may try to get my GC and real estate license. Because of my desire to learn about construction and contracting, as well as the business side of real estate, I thought these types of programs might be a good idea. I have some work experience in commercial / retail construction management.
Looking forward to your thoughts.
