Obtaining a Real Estate License

Hi BP nation! I’m new here and I felt like this is a great place to start and even post. I’m currently interested in obtaining my real estate license. The reason behind this is because my husband and I currently own two properties, and currently working on the third. We would like to continue with rentals and maybe even a few flips. I’m also interested in the business/networking aspect of this career whether it be part-time or full-time. I️ also currently work full-time in the IT field. My thought are if one of us are licensed then it would benefit us with moving forward with future purchases. Any information or suggestions anyone would have as far as starting out would be very helpful.
