My first wholesale deal

Hi. My name is Kenny Kamdoum and I a beginner lever investor. My goal before the year end is to do one wholesale deal just to get my feet wet. I have signed up for a class December 15 and it’s a 3 day class so I expect to learn a lot from there but even so, I want to here what the Bigger Pockets community would recommend doing to help accomplish my goal.
