Hi everyone, my name is Michael and I'm 14 years old. I'm here because I'm asking you guys on whether or not I should make a resume for myself. So here's my situation: I have a couple of potential real estate internships this summer and wanted to get the best possible chance of getting it, so I was wondering if I should make a resume. I thought about some things that I did but I have no real experience in any workplace. So would it even be worth it to make a resume or not? If so what should I include in it? Should I include that I do swimming competitively, school, and doing some minor things in real estate? Also are there any specific templates that I should use to make one? There's so many templates I don't know which one to choose. Please help me, thanks in advance for the help

A resume is a clear, concise way to list your qualifications and show people that you mean business. even if you have nothing substantial to put on, having one may set you apart from others who do not. I am by no means an expert, but it should be 1 page, clean and short. stick to bullet points and add all your achievements to it.

if you do go ahead and make one, I would eb happy to look at it and give feedback.
