Hi Everyone! I’ve been a BP member for some time now, but just recently started keeping up with posts and listening to podcasts. My husband and I are interested in buying not-so-great homes (we have a not-so-great amount of cash to invest) and possibly renting by rooms. Ideas/suggestions on how I should even start?
