Help needed to make the right choice in Australia!

Ahhhhhhh.

I've got to say that I'm utterly terrified. I'm 28, and my partner and I are just beginning to seriously look at buying our first investment property. 

I've tried to use all the BP skills and apply them to Perth's (Western Australia) market place and think I've found something.

I'm putting the call out to anyone who knows who I should/could talk to in my neck of the woods for a first person discussion?

Please help me to make my next step into this exciting and fascinating world the right one!
