Key conversations points when starting out networking

Hey everyone,

I am a beginning the process to make a career change into real estate. I am getting licensed and am planning to move to Boston for 2018 to work as a real estate agent. I am currently beginning the process of networking by meeting with real estate agents already in the area, and am wondering what some key talking points/questions you all would recommend to reach/ask during these meetings. Thank you for any and all advice anyone may have for someone who is just getting started in real estate.

Conner
