Time for my first Deal

Hello BP'ers! After lurking and analyzing everything to death, I have finally identified a property to take the plunge as my first duplex rental. Property is located in Cleveland, OH area. While I've done lots of research on the area (and have family that lives in the neighborhood) I'd love some input of BP'ers. Mostly, I need to put together a "team" there. Can someone recommend a good property management company, perhaps an agent and either a contractor or someone who can do light/cosmetic work or a project manager for such. Any other random advice always welcome. Of note, I live in NY so this would be an "out of state" investment. Particulars and numbers I'd rather share via PM or email. Thanks in advance!
