Is there a place I can send a prospective tenant online or an app that I can download to have them fill out a rental application online and have it sent to me? Does rentigo or tenantcloud offer these services?

Hey Jacob, the system I created and implemented into the property management company I operate here in Connecticut is largely based on Google Forms. I upload a tenant pre approval form and tenant application form, then simply send out a link. I receive an email each time the form is filled out. Very easy to weed out qualified vs non qualified tenants.
