I'm Looking For A Mentor DFW Area

Hi BP, I have enjoyed all the information on here for awhile and i'm ready to take the leap into REI.

I'm looking for someone to help possibly guide me through the first deal. I would like to buy a home between 80 - 110k cash, rehab it if necessary and resale it asap.

I have 100k more or less to get started. I know a good contractor that I can trust to do quality work at a fair price for any work that needs to be done.

Would I be better served just doing some DD on a property and posting the info here or look for someone to help guide the way through the muddied waters?

Thanks for reading
