Education Path For Beginners

Hi BP,

I am looking for stages of education that hopefully others can use as well.

I figure I will need to know what a good market is, financing, analyzing good deals, how to find information on markets/properties and how to make a process for buying properties. My issue is am I leaving anything out and where do I go to learn this information?  What should I learn first? Is there a must read book/source?
