Hi BP community!

I am Cody (as already stated),

I am 22 and looking to make a good side and eventually a career out of real estate. I will begin making 50k/year soon and my wife makes 60k/year currently with our own house and need some advice on how much money we should start saving a year minimum if we want to break into the nor cal market. Ive been looking into apartments but what ive seen is they are all multimillion dollars so I am looking to homes in cali or perhaps out of state markets as an alternative. What are your suggestions on a plan of action based on our current salaries, (just used savings for our house) and market prices?
