Favorite Software for Tracking Investments?

Greetings community!  I'm new to the game...actually I guess I'm still a spectator learning the rules from the sideline.  I'm trying my best to immerse and educate myself with real estate investment then plan out some goals.  Then act!

But one of my first questions:  do you use a specific software/program to track your assets, cash flow, etc.?   Or maybe I'm not asking the correct question at all...  In a lot of the shows, I hear about guests with a large number of properties.  I'm interested in knowing how most keep track of their portfolio.
