Including Pictures on Rental Listing
Hey BP community,
I'm working on renting out my first SFH. This is a home that I bought to live in, but now we are moving so I'm using it as our first rental. I'm using a property manager. They've got the property listed, but only used a picture of the outside and said that they think it encourages people to set up a viewing appointment so they can see the inside. I've provided them with pictures of the inside and everyone (friends and family) who has seen it said it looks nice on the inside. So, does anyone believe that it is a good strategy to only provide one pic of the outside of the house.? I think it is bunk. When I'm looking at houses I just move right passed it if there aren't any pictures.
