Yesterday I was listening to a BP podcast episode and the discussion turned to the MANY ways people are able to make money as real estate investors. The recommendation was to "Find Your Niche" and become the very best. I'm familiar with:

• Single Family
• Multi-Family
• Buy and Hold
• Mobile Parks
• Lending and Mortgages
• Flipping
• Whole Selling

What other ways or categories of real estate investing are there?
