Closing on first house next week

I'm new to investing and jumping right in to things I'm 23 years old and plan close on my first multi family house  next week. It's a two family that I got for 89,000 the Upstairs is a 4 bedroom and is being rented for $850/mo the dowstairs is a 2 bed that is currently being rented for $650/mo but I will need to reside in the dowstairs because I did the fha route. I ran the numbers a few times but was wondering if anyone could help me do it correct so I can figure out monthly cash flow!
