Recent College Grad Seeking Newbie Advice

Hi all! I am new to the BiggerPockets community, and have just recently began my real estate/financial education. I am a recent college grad, and still living with my parents to keep my expenses low. While living at home, I plan to save between 15k to 20k within the next 6 to 8 months, and pursue my first deal. I'm using this time period to educate myself with books, podcasts, YouTube vids, etc. Do you guys have any key advice for someone in my position? Also, what are some must read real estate books? (Already read Rich Dad lol) Thanks in advance for your help!
