Need some help with new LLC

Hi, me and my other two friends opened LLC to invest money in real estate business. So I need some idea what specific things need to be kept in mind being a beginner. Our other concern is to get commercial loan as a beginner. We tried different banks but most of them reply that our LLC is very young and cannot get commercial loan. So can anyone suggest what will be our better option to get commercial loan or we shall go for personal loan?
