REO and Asset management Houston, Tx
I am REO agent that relocated from Ohio to the Houston, Texas. There seems to be a lot less inventory here but there is inventory. The bank I previously serviced doesn't have any assets in Texas. I'm signed up with dozens of asset management companies and most of the major platforms. I can cover a half a dozen counties as well, if it falls in HAR I cover can it. I simply need to get my foot in the door in this new market and then I can kick the hinges off! Any REO agents have any advice that can help me? Or asset managers looking for a hungry agent that's ready to meet and exceed expectations?
Feel free to email me.
