Ft Lauderdale Area Need General Contractor and Trades suggestions

Hello, My name is Chris and I am Located in Pompano Beach ,I have been in the investment market for 2 years and currently have 1 rentals and currently finalizing the second.

Looking for some suggestions for good general contractors in the Ft Lauderdale area, as well as general contacts for HVAC and Electrical, Painting, Landscaping,ETC. I am rehabbing a 5 bedroom property. I currently need to reroute  some Air ducts, complete some painting and minor landscaping.

I have struggled in the Southern Florida market to find good dependable and honest trades at not high end retails prices. I am looking to build and find solid trades for my rolodex in this market for this and future projects.

Any suggestions from locals in the investing market down here would be greatly appreciated.

Also looking to gain future knowledge in this market and investing  and looking for future deals or partnerships.
