doing 20-30 deals a month using a asset manager

Hey so I know a guys who's part of my REIA that does 20-30 wholesale deals using a asset manager working directly with the bank and rarely with home owners and he said that he has to put down a deposit on every home but I was wondering if anyone else in the BP community gets deals done using this same method so they can explain it to me and simply it because he didn't really explain it too well and this is something that I wanna do ASAP because "driving for dollars" in Delaware isn't bringing in deals because this is a state to settle down so its a buy and hold market.

Thanks for all the helpful comments in advance

Donovon, that was a long sentence! Since you know the guy at your REIA, why don't you ask him to explain it to you at the next meeting? Tell him to explain it to you like he's talking to a 10 year old.
