AirBnB Condo Investment

Hello All. I am quitting my 9-5 to focus on my business full time. I am looking to purchase a property before leaving as I know it will be easier with W-2 income. I am looking in Long Beach, CA about 5 min from the beach. Has anyone had any success purchasing condos for AirBnb? Anything I should look out for?
