Private lender pay back
So I listened to a webinar With Brandon I believe. And he pointed something out. So lets say that I found a property but cant buy it because I already own a property. But I find a private money lender to back me. Now this is where it got interesting in the seminar he mentioned getting refinanced to payoff the private lender. Now wont the bank check your debt to income ratio. And also what happens if your late or something goes wrong with private lender. Does the mafia come break your legs, lol, jk. Do they report to bureau. Basically question is how to pay back private lender.
