College or real estate agent

Hi everyone, when I graduate high school I am thinking of not going to college and becoming a real estate agent to have experience in the real estate field and save up money to do real estate investing rather than going In debt by going to college. There are pros and cons to both but what do you guys think would be best if you were in this situation, I am personally leaning towards becoming a real estate agent so I can get experience and also have access to MLS and many other helpful tools. Thanks for the help!

if you are fresh out of high school, I would suggest getting your license whether you choose to go to college or not. Cost of entry is really not terrible and you just might love it. If nothing else, it will give you experience and MLS access.

Find an office with the lowest upfront fees possible and then latch on to the best agent you can find. Provide value and learn everything you can from them. I wish I knew how easy it was to get licensed when I was 18.
