Hi everyone,

I am trying to get started with single family or condos. The problem is I work contract jobs for 3 -5 for different employers in a year.It is not a full time role(s).I have w2 from the last 5 years showing good income. My question is this going to be an issuing getting financing?

As long it is within the same industry then you should be fine, but it also depends on the lender. There are always other options if you can't use a W2, just expect to pay more in interest.
