current resident in Chicago land area and currently looking into buying first multifamily unit (3-4), probably going to house hack the property. Was wondering if any one could offer up some ideas as to what areas I should be looking at it? also looking for mentorship if anyone could offer up some insight for this newbie. thank you all.
