Closing on my very first property EVER today! Thank you BP!

Today is the day I close on my first property at 4pm, a 3 unit apartment building. I just turned 22 years old and I am looking out for my future. I have researched hard for the past year and I am very thankful to have had the information available about REI through this forum and BP podcasts. I work 7 days a week in the construction trade with my father. This is another venture to add to my plate but where there is a will, there is a way. I don't plan on stopping here. My plan is to focus on long term income properties, especially multi units, and get into flipping houses with my crew to speed up the money available to buy these properties. I am slightly nervous but also very ready and excited. Going all in! Thank you BP and every member who has taken their own time to give me any advice!
