How to do my first deal?
I am currently looking at 2 duplexes, going to try to get a package deal on them. I have approximately 150k in cash that I'm wanting to invest. I am also wanting to scale fairly quick. Do you recommend to pay cash and use the properties for a line of credit or get a 15-20% loan? I was thinking of starting with single families but after listening to the podcasts, multi family seems the way to go, to get me where I want to be.
